The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Centre have installed a Poolpod for use by swimmers. This is widely regarded as the best system available for disabled people to access pools, allowing smooth, dignified access and egress. It is now in use, can easily be moved between the 2 pools and is already much appreciated by some of our members.

With the help of a very generous donation from The Rugby Group Benevolent Fund, Rugby Sport for the Disabled Association provided more than half the funding for this valuable piece of equipment. Follow this link to learn more about the Poolpod What Is A Poolpod? | Better
