Timetable for the next few weeks.
Sunday 28th November, the "Pud Shoot" means that we will not be running our normal activities in the hall.
Swimming will not be affected
The next trampolining sessions will be on 12th and 19th December.
There will be no Archery on Thursday 23rd or 30th December.
We will not be running at all on Sunday 26th December (Boxing Day)
Swimming on Tuesday 28th December will brought forward to 1pm to 2 pm from the usual time of 3 pm to 4 pm to allow us to clear the centre before it closes at 4 pm.
We now offer trampolining at least once a month. Because of the high workload of the trampoline coach we cannot offer it on the same Sunday each month, but will keep details of the next session on our "Noticeboard" page and our calendar.
The sessions will run from 2 to 3pm, which enable our members to swim afterwards if they wish.
Participants are asked to wear shorts or track suit bottoms rather than jeans and to wear socks to avoid damage to the equipment. They should ensure that they do not have any sharp or hard objects, such as mobile phones in their pockets. Also they should avoid jewelry and have any long hair tied back to prevent injury.
Participants' names must be put in the register before they start.
