Swimming
Join us for the 2 pm to 2.50 pm session in the main pool on a Sunday. Access to the pool is via the pool pod or via stairs for a gentle entry.
You can also enjoy a swim on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 3 pm until 3.50 pm in the studio pool which is set to a depth of 1.25 metres. The studio pool is set to a warmer temperature than the main pool. The Tuesday and Thursday sessions are run by GLL but supported by RSDA Volunteers.

Members need to book in and pay for your swim session.
Booking in can be done online, on their downloadable app (for your mobile phone) or at the front desk. If you have any difficulty please ask a member of the GLL staff who will be happy to help you resolve any issues.
Payment per session is £4.00, however, if you already have a monthly membership with GLL, Rugby which you pay by monthly direct debit then the cost of the swim (and any other RSDA session) is included in your membership. The cost for Disabled Membership at GLL, Rugby is £23.00 per month by direct debit.
