We want to make a big effort to ensure that any messages and influencing we do on the upcoming government strategy for disabled people are coming directly from disabled people. We are currently looking to hear from individuals who have anything to say about their experience of life. 

We are asking disabled people to tell us what matters to them by emailing webelong@disabilityrightsuk.org  People can also send us audio or video of you talking about the things that matters to them. 

We will then run some webinars related to the key themes arising from the feedback. We have already identified some important topics which we know need discussing, see below for links to these events.

Rugby Bipolar UK Support Group

This group, will be of interest to anyone who is affected or who knows someone who is.
The peer support group meets on the 4th Tuesday of every month and operates on a drop in basis
