I work within Strategic Commissioning at Warwickshire County Council where we are currently carrying out reviews on the following services across Warwickshire:
  • Day Opportunities for Adults with a Learning Disability and/or Autism
  • Respite and Short Break Services for Adults and Young People in Transition.
We have created a survey for each of these to gather the views and ideas from Warwickshire residents, customers, partners and key stakeholders.

I am emailing to ask you to share this across your networks to encourage people to respond. There is an easy read survey option for those who require it.

The surveys will be open until 17th February 2019.Many Thanks
